Epping Forest Museum

Epping Forest Museum tells the story of the people who have lived and worked in this part of Essex from the earliest inhabitants to the present day. Housed in a building dating from 1520, the Museum offers something for all the family, with plenty of gallery trails and hands on activities for kids. The ground floor galleries show some of the key archaeological finds from around the district and provides an introduction to the area’s villages and towns.
