Royal Navy Submarine Museum

Down the road in Gosport is The Royal Navy Submarine Museum, which traces the history of submarine development, from Alexander the Great to the giant nuclear powered Vanguard class of the present day. Visitors can walk on board though a real submarine, check out the personal belongings of past crews and also pore a huge collection of photographs, transcripts, artefacts and archive material.
