Tate Liverpool

The largest modern art gallery in the UK outside of London, the Tate Liverpool is housed in a beautiful converted warehouse, situated in the historic Albert Dock. Focusing solely on twentieth century artists, the Tate contains some of the North of England's finest contemporary paintings and sculptures. Moreover, the international stature of the gallery draws incredible work from all over the world. The Tate is also home to temporary exhibitions that includes major retrospectives and work by lesser-known artists.
