Recognition
We encourage a lot of recognition at Travelodge, and we do a lot of it too! We have many ways to make sure all our teams feel recognised and appreciated, every day. We celebrate a whole range of events from length of service, to the contributions our teams make towards making a Better Travelodge. And most importantly we make it fun - each month we recognise our Housekeeping Heroes with special lanyards, badges and certificates (and a few sweet treats too!). Each year our truly outstanding teams and individuals are recognised at our annual ‘Roomies’ Awards.
